This gorgeous, fully furnished 2 bed 2 full bathroom executive condo is located in the ❤️ of downtown in the ICE district overlooking Roger's place! Unbeatable close up views of Roger's place! Perfect for hockey lovers! Be in the middle of the action!
It offers great amenities - year round rooftop patio, hot tub, cabanas, gym, and all that complete with amazing views of Rogers place. The best restaurants and bars, City mall, Rogers place, JW Marriott, Citymarket and Ice skating rink are all at your doorstep.
LRT is a 3 min walk away. It cannot get any more central than this - it is the best location in Edmonton with many entertainment options.
Long term stay discounts are available(inquire), ideal for professionals temporarily relocating to Edmonton, traveling nurses, people with insurance claims...contact me for direct bookings.
