Nestled in charming Wedgewood Heights, our home offers the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience. As one guest noted, it's “close to mall, food and the park walkways! Great place for family!!!” You are just moments away from beautiful park trails and a short drive from the world-famous West Edmonton Mall and other local amenities.

You will have private access to the entire house, the beautifully landscaped and fenced backyard with a patio and BBQ, and the heated two-car garage—perfect for keeping your vehicle warm in the winter. The garage is also equipped with an EV charger for your convenience.

Check-in is simple and contactless using a keypad on the front door.

The main floor features a welcoming living room with a bold red accent wall, a formal dining area, and a sunroom that offers a dedicated workspace for those needing to stay connected. This home boasts five large bedrooms and three full bathrooms, ensuring ample space for your entire group. The master suite is a true sanctuary, which one guest called “an absolute dream.” It features a king-sized bed and a luxurious ensuite bathroom with a corner jetted tub (Hot Tub) and a separate steam shower (Sauna).
