We waited to check in 40minutes as there was not enough staff. The breakfast room is too tiny to have a seat for everyone andnit eas dripping from a crack in the ceiling on our table while having breakfast.

The staff were rotely polite but not friendly or helpful. Upon entering my room I discovered hairs on the toilet and in the sink, a towel appeared to have been used and the glasses were upside down but had been wiped with a streaky cloth and it didn’t remove lip marks. I took a picture of the toilet and went down to the lobby to show the person that checked me in. She honestly didn’t look surprised or upset. She just utter a low, ”Oh. Sorry” but that was it. No offer to change rooms, send a cleaner in or even offer a discount. The property is right beside a bus transfer station and across from the back it West Ed mall. Many guys were loitering in groups of 2-5, many smoking pot or appeared high/intoxicated and several asleep propped up against walls or concrete steps. The others were watching every one parking and walking by with too much interest to feel comfortable in the area. It had been 5 years since I’d been in that area and I was surprised how dirty the street and parking area were. It did not feel like a nice place to walk with my young granddaughter.
