If you have 150 people cramming into a 20by 20 room for breakfast it does not work.Tried to get in twice the room was full and the line up horrendous. WILL not return,shame.

Great location. That's why we booked here. However, I was disappointed with the late breakfast time start 7:30-10am everyday, including weekdays. The breakfast area is very small. Really like how close it is to the mall, and there is 24h McDonald's in walking distance when we had to get early breakfast.

Disgusting hole. Avoid at all costs

Void at all costs. This hotel was digusting. Sticky floors, pervasive smell of stale tobacco, old beds, toilets that don’t flush, drains that are slow. Nasty nasty nasty! And to top it off, it’s next to a homeless shelter, so you have a lot of guests. It’s also a major catfish as the photos are nothing of this hotel. It’s a drive to the waterpark.

We booked a 3 night stay at the inn to explore the mall for a few days. We were given a room on the top floor beside the breakfast room. Wifi wouldn't connect in the room and the receptionist recommended we use wifi in the lobby. I recommended they check the router on that floor. Problem was never resolved. The breakfast room door slamming woke me up when it opened and the yogurt machines buzzing kept me up. The cold war era cot we rented for $20 was unusable and I had to go get it myself as the front desk forgot. No discounts or refunds were offered for anything. Oh, and if you book through a third party, i.e. Expedia, I was told we were ineligible for the attraction discounts at the mall. Parking is limited so the majority of guests have to park in the overflow lot across the street which is sketchy at best. Our 3 night stay became a 1 night stay pretty quick.

Three days out for a small trip and I had to spent more days in the hotel then I spent exploring Edmonton, Found something yuck on the hair dryer in the first hotel room within first two hours, got changed into room 2nd (not before getting a expedia agent), got locked in there within the first five minutes, After sobbing for 20 minutes requesting them to charge one night’s money out of my prepaid booking and refund me rest, I even offered to leave my deposit, they won’t let me leave even with me taking a huge loss but was transferred to a better room and was given complimentary water park tickets also the help desk lady showed a lot of compassion gave me hug understanding how overwhelmed and tired I was. It was great for one whole day, I explored west Edmonton mall, I liked my new room but when I arrived back the light in my washroom went out, I informed help desk and assured them I can survive the night and would appreciate being helped the next morning, left another call in the morning as a reminder, called again in the afternoon, after no help for another half an hour went to the help desk myself, The lady told me someone will. come around 2:30, At this point half of my day is gone but planned where I might still be able to go and 2:30 rolls around and no one’s here called again at 2:45, she tells me she’ll send somebody now, waited until 3:30 and called again Had to explain the situation again to the new person, she sends someone right away and he fixes my problem

88 rooms 6 tables in the dining room!!! The dinning room is very small on the 3rd floor. It is ONLY open from 730-10. Everyone was there at 7:30 no surprise. 3 couples left as there was a line at the toaster and pancake station. We traveled 11 hours and of course needing restrooms. There are NO RESTROOMS in the Lobby. We had to wait to check in to use ours!! 2 other family’s w/kids arrived needing restrooms!!! Ooops. WIFI is not secure!!! Parking is limited at the Hotel but they do have an overflow lot nearby. The room was spacious and beds were nice. Our room rate was $92 and directly across from the Mall and that was awesome.

The location is great for access to the WEM and all activities. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the interior had recently been renovated and was kept quite clean. It is a smaller property, and an older build, so the hallways were noisy. Our room was also designed to be an adjoining family room, where another family was staying. Given that the door separating the rooms was thin, it offered little to no noise barrier. Given we weren't at the hotel other than to sleep, this wasn't a major issue and the convenience and cost made up for this.
