We had a wonderful experience during our recent stay at the Wyndham Garden in Leduc, Alberta. From the moment we arrived, the service exceeded our expectations. A special mention goes to Suzette at the front desk, who made check‑in quick, smooth, and genuinely welcoming. Her warm personality and professionalism set the tone for the entire stay. She went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable, answered all my questions, and provided helpful information about the hotel amenities and nearby options. It’s rare to meet someone who makes you feel instantly taken care of—Suzette absolutely did! She even gave us some cookies as a welcome gesture :) The room itself was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully maintained. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom spotless, and all the amenities were in perfect working order. The hotel is quiet, modern, and conveniently located, making it a great choice whether you’re traveling for work or leisure. Overall, our stay was stress‑free and enjoyable. Thanks to Suzette and the rest of the team for the exceptional hospitality. We will definitely be returning and recommending Wyndham Garden Leduc to others!

The room was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was amazing and offered loads of options. Check in and out was seamless. My only thing was the bed and the pillows. The bed sunk into the middle and the pillows were awful. Other than that a great place to stay when needing to go to the airport or stay after getting in really late.

Unfortunately I was quite upset when I arrived to check in. I specifically booked the Wyndham because I flew all day and was very hungry . The Wyndham garden website clearly states the restaurant is open until11:00pm. I made the reservation at9:30pm and arrived to check in at 10:05pm. I was told that the restaurant was closed. The sign in the dining room clearly says: “dinner until 11:00pm”. I made my dissatisfaction known the the front desk. I was told that the hotel manager was aware of this problem and that many guest had complained about this before. I suggested the information online and also the sign in the restaurant should be changed. I was told again that the hotel manager was aware of the situation. So, because of the misleading information, I was stuck at the Wyndham with no vehicle or way to get something to eat. This should be corrected. I was not offered any apology whatsoever. 😔 Somebody from the hotel replied to my review on Google maps, saying hotel staff offered solutions. To clarify, staff at the desk did tell me I could order from a limited amount of food items. Fried food only. No menu was shared with me.
