Most of the staff were great but I left my pants here and have tried getting them to find them, apparently they disappeared. Each time I called they told me they’d call me back. Never did. The one lady said they found black pants but apparently from a different room. Even though they kept mistaking me for someone else. Won’t even let me look at what they have for lost and found items when I know I left mine there in my room I stayed in.

Most of the staff are wondering beside the morning lady could use some customer service skills other than that the rest of the staff are wonderful to deal with and helpful. The hot tub is amazing, rooms are great dinings good And the rooms are quiet

I enjoy my stays everytime but this time my check out was dissapointing i guess staff smelled a smell in the room and i spoke about it must been luguring from my bf smoke from outsode mins ago layed in bed his socks are really smelly could been that also and i didn't recieve my 250$ deposit upon checkout was there for one hour waiting missed my appt and a flight still and in discussions with the manager about it prior to my stay again. But my overall stay with night staff was fabtastic thankyou.

Great stay, amazing staff and thoughtful setup

This is an awesome hotel with great staff, clean rooms, comfy beds and its SO quiet. I didnt hear anyone in the 4 nights I stayed there. Even the staff is deliberately quiet all throughout the morning (I arrived from an overnight overseas flight). The transport to and from the airport was seamless and the staff was thoughtful about what I might need without me asking. I highly recommend this hotel
