The staff were fiendly and capable. The rooms very nice. The restaurant with good options. All very nice. However shuttle service from airport which is advertised as frequent was difficult because *I had no phone with which to call them and had to ask another traveller to help. And half an hour after calling before they arrived. And no cover waiting. Open air in rain

Overall we really enjoyed our one-night stay as a rest break between flying and a long drive. Staff were courteous and helpful when we wanted to get transport over to the outlet mall. We enjoyed the small gym and pool as well. Suggestions for improvement. We would have walked but my elderly mother needed a shuttle. There was a repeated mixup in communications when we requested a shuttle to come get us which resulted in a 1 hour wait. Perhaps set times would help? Also breakfast closed at 8:30am which is far too early for a hotel and meant that two of us missed it as we wrongly presumed it would go at least until 9:00am. Thankfully one of the staff kindly got us some yoghurt and cereal.
