Otel müşterilerine oda dışında sağlanan bir imkan yok maalesef, küçük bir resepsiyon, önünde iki koltuklu bir küçük alan, giriş katının %95’ini oluşturan geri kalanı işletmecinin restoranına ayrılmış. Misafirler için bir dinlenme, vakit geçirme, çay/ kahve içme, kitap okuma veya sohbet etme, çalışma alanı ayrılmamış. Odana gir, gecele, o kadar. Odalarda vakit geçirecek, oturma, dinlenen yok, oldukça küçük. Oda içi yeni dekore edilmiş, konforunda bir sıkıntı yok, ama dolaplarında yeterli askı yok, istemeden düşünülmesi gerekir. Buzdolabı/soğutma dolabı çalışmıyor, bir sayfiye yerinde kabul edilebilir değil. Bir şey içecekseniz, resepsiyonu aramak zorundasınız, otel müşterileri için bir düzenleme yok. Restoran doluysa çok beklersiniz. Kahvaltısı makul seviyede çeşitliydi, yeterliydi. Kısacası vaktinizi dışarıda geçirecekseniz ve sadece gecelemek ihtiyacınız varsa uygun biryer olabilir, bunun dışında tavsiye etmem. Son bir yorum da gürültü. Otoyolun hemen yanında ve yolun tüm gürültüsü odalara akıyor, ses problemi olanlar için önemli olabilir.

Personel çok iyi güleryüzlü yardımcı. Oda temizliği iyi, ama balkon çok tozlu sanırım temizlenmiyor. Kahvaltısı idare eder. Balkonda gece boyu ışık yanıyor, kapatmak mümkün değil balkon kapısında perde de olmadığından gece boyu odada karanlık sağlayamadık ve iyi uyuyamadık. Yine de Akçay'daki en iyi otel olabilir.
