A beautiful destination on M M60 famous Rainy Creek. Features a spacious kitchen, dinning room, & living room only steps away from the deck and splinter free dock. Relax in the Hot Springs hot tub with an epic view of the lake, perfect for witnessing gorgeous sunrises. Garage has games and mini fridge with loft for additional sleeping space. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like AC, a washing machine, heating, and WiFi. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with a hairdryer and a shower. Pair this with our other BnB next door for the perfect extended family get together to make lasting memories. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place.

There are three bedrooms upstairs with a bathroom/laundry. The loft above the game garage has another two twin beds and a queen (all these rooms are shown in pictures). You do have to walk all your groceries down to the kitchen, which overlooks the lake with the covered deck. The hot tub is on the north side of the house, mostly shaded and private. The terrain is fairly uneven so just be sure to watch your step and use care.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Put away all life jackets and outdoor toys. Secure kayak, paddleboard, Lily pad and paddles; lift ladder out of water. Cover grill and firepit. Make sure all windows are closed and shades down.
Turn HVAC to 77° in summer and 60° in winter.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

MAX of 3 cars; NO TRAILERS!! NO Food or drinks in hot tub and close between use. Guests will be charged if cleaning is needed and for any damages
No shoes/food on carpet or in bedrooms. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. Be respectful of language/noise level.
Limit of 10 30 gallon garbage bags/stay. ALL GARBAGE MUST BE BAGGED or guests will be charged an extra fee
