Quick Overnight Stay

We stayed here on our way to Michigan from Arkansas. The lady at check in last night was very nice. My husband went down after we checked in to get bedding for the little sofa bed & he met the owner, who was also very nice. The room was clean and everything was as it should be. We would definitely stay here again.

It worked

The housekeepers were so loud in the hallway that we all woke up hours before we had too. Maybe they should not be talking so loud outside doors that have the “Do Not Disturb” sign up because that was extremely rude. Vacuuming the rooms with the doors wide open so sound travels at 7/8am. Guest are still sleeping. Maybe clean up the rooms with the doors closed so you’re not disturbing other guests. Room seemed clean and fine. The temp was set to 78 F though so we had to set it to 65f and left for a bit cause it was so hot. The bathroom is the smallest bathroom I’ve ever seen.

Nasty pool.

Hotel smelled like weed. Pool was nasty. You could see where people have been writing their names in the scum on the pool walls. You can tell the pool has been there along time with not a lot of up keep. If the pool was cleaner overall its not a bad place.

Absolutely nothing wrong for the money. Quick check-in and pleasant staff. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Pool looked clean and inviting. It is an older hotel but its been maintained. Just off the highway with many restaurants and stores close by. Breakfast was good. Worth the money if you don't require fancy or frills.

Very good value. Decent clean. Breakfast had all the regular items plus nice touches like cinnamon and powdered sugar for the waffles, picabte sauce for the eggs. Organized, fresh, and well stocked even at 15mins before closing. Fiendly and helpful staff.
