Centrally located in the centre of Eggesin, the holiday apartment for up to 5 people, completely renovated in 2023, is located on the second floor of a residential building. (PLEASE NOTE: NO letting to construction workers/fitters!) The idyllic natural harbour on the Randow with boat and raft hire facilities and the nature park visitor centre are just a few steps away, as are the train station and two supermarkets. Just opposite is an ice-cream parlour and the famous Blaubeerscheune with farm shop and café.

The approx. 90 square metre, centrally heated, non-smoking apartment is accessible via a communal staircase and has a large living room (sofa bed - extra bed for 1 person, rocking chair, flat screen TV), two bedrooms (1 x double bed, 1 x two single beds, small sitting area), a large separate kitchen (dining table, electric cooker with oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, kettle), a bathroom (shower tray, WC, hairdryer), a small storage room and a large hallway. There is also a car park, lockable bicycle storage facilities, Wi-Fi and a high chair.

The total price includes final cleaning, electricity, water and the initial supply of bed linen and towels. Pets are not allowed in this property.



Eggesin, the gateway to the lagoon, is a small town in the middle of the Szczecin Lagoon Nature Park, which is characterised by the natural unspoilt sections of the lagoon coast with the lagoon meadows, vast forest complexes of the Ueckermünde Heath, the lowlands of the Uecker and Randow rivers and the Brohmer Mountains, where nature lovers and stressed city dwellers can find peace and quiet even in the high season and explore the densely wooded region by bike or on the waterway. The relevant information and excursion tips are available at the Eggesin Nature Park Visitor Centre and boats and rafts can be hired at the idyllic natural harbour in the middle of the town. Due to the abundance of blueberries in the area, Eggesin is affectionately known as the "blueberry town" and celebrates a blueberry festival once a year. In the barn of the same name, numerous regional products related to the berry can be purchased. The harbour town of Ueckermünde with its fine sandy beach and zoo is only approx. 8 km away and the border with neighbouring Poland is approx. 20 km away.
