Das Haus von Frau Hofmann liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstrasse, in einem idyllischen Wohngebiet. Bis zur Ortsmitte, zu Restaurants, Biergärten und Geschäften sind es nur wenige Meter Fußweg. Auch die Seenplatte, sowie Radl-und Wanderwege sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die einzige Ferienwohnung im Haus liegt im ersten Stock und ist komfortabel ausgestattet. Sollten Sie an einer Buchung unter 5 Tagen interessiert sein, rufen Sie uns unverbindlich an.
Die Ferienwohnung mit gehobener Ausstattung befindet sich im ersten Stock eines gepflegten Privathauses und hat 77 qm. Der großzügige Südbalkon hat eine Sitzgelegenheit. Der ebenfalls großzügige Wohnraum hat eine Essecke, Sofas, TV und Kachelofen. Die Küche ist separat und komplett eingerichtet. Kleine Abstellkammer. Das Bad hat neben Dusche und WC auch noch ein Bidet und eine Badewanne. Für zwei Personen ist sie ideal geeignet um einen entspannten und ruhigen Urlaub zu geniessen. Natürlich können Sie unser WLAN nutzen.

Supertolle Wohnung

Wer eine schöne Aussicht sucht, ist hier falsch. Wer aber ein gemütliches Basislager für Wanderungen und Radtouren sucht kann es nicht besser treffen. Die geräumige Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet von A wie Abfalltüte bis Z wie Zündholz. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden bestimmt wieder einziehen, wenn wir nochmal im Chiemgau Urlaub machen. Frau Hofmann ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Wir danken für einen tollen Aufenthalt

Großzügig geschnittene Wohnung in ruhiger Lage, sehr liebevoll und originell eingerichtet, sodaß auch mehrere Regen- tage ein echter Genuss sind. Insgesamt lässt die Wohnung keinen Wunsch offen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage, die Wohnung war sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet, komfortable Ausstattung, nette Vermieterin, Chiemsee und weitere Freizeitmöglichkeiten im Umkreis von wenigen Kilometern und auch in Eggstätt kann man einiges unternehmen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäcker, Gaststätten etc. sind ausreichend vorhanden. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder dort unseren Urlaub verbringen.

Gepflegte, konfortable Wohnung

Wir wohnten in einer großzügig, komfortablen Wohnung mit (durch das viele Holz) angenehmen Wohnklima. Die Vermieterin war freundlich zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Der Urlaubsort Eggstädt liegt in einer herrlichen Naturlandschaft die zum Wandern und Radfahren einlädt. Touristische Highlights liegen in der Nähe.
