One bedroom also includes a small desk, providing a quiet spot for work or reading. The bathroom is finished with a sleek shower cubicle and all the essentials you’ll need for a refreshing start – or end – to your day.

For those commuting to the city, London is just a 40-minute train journey, making it an ideal location for balancing a peaceful suburban lifestyle with easy access to the capital.
Egham Station is a mere 10-minute walk from Magna House and offers direct train services to London Waterloo in approximately 40 minutes. Local buses also connect to nearby towns, making exploration convenient.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
