Fabulous stay cation. Mid week pools and lazy river were very relaxing. Only one downside midweek was not all restaurants were open. Will definitely recommend and return. Nice that only 21+ are allowed on premises.

It's a horel/casino which I am a fan of. The house bands are loud and the guests enthusiastic. Food and drink was top shelf. The valet gave friendly service and put 2 chilled bottles of water in my car's cup holders every morning. No coffee maker in room. There is a full size Starbucks off the lobby. There is awell maintained 36 hole golf course about 5 miles away.

Wonderful from beginning to the end. Only bummer was having to travel through the smoking section of the casino to get to the non-smoking area. All the employees were genuinely helpful and friendly.

This was our first time and the staff treated us like we should know what to do. The Casino is loud and overstimulating, which is expected in a casino, but it contributed to us not understanding where to go and how everything worked. There were three people at the front desk helping us, and when I asked for a map, they didn’t have one. We kept asking how things worked, and they didn’t seem to understand we needed direction. I think they were new but there wasn’t anyone there to fully help us. When we asked for help with our luggage, we waited 15 minutes and then called down again and they said that they did a shift change and no one communicated with them that we needed help. They apologized for the wait. The casino allows smoking which is horrific for those that don’t smoke. A positive is that they have a great ventilation system because you can smell the smoke in the hotel hallways and rooms but then it goes away quickly. The pool area was excellent. It was not crowded and the water was warm. The lazy river includes the inner tubes which made the experience at the pool even better. We ate at B&B and the food and staff was excellent there. It was my husband‘s birthday and they wrote him a personal card. I would come again just for the B&B restaurant and pool.

The room was beautiful, very spacious with really high ceilings and a balcony. The pool area was very nice. The downside was the overwhelming smell of smoke in the casino, lobby and nearby restaurants. Also our VIP access food and beverage credit did not cover alcohol which we were not informed of until check out so consequently we did not get to use all of it, wish someone had mentioned that when we asked how it worked.

Most of the staff at the front desk and pool area were quite rude, acting as if they owned Sycuan Casino Resort. On the other hand, the facilities are well maintained and the rooms are very comfortable.

I was so impressed by this casino resort. I have stayed in many hotels in Las Vegas and this is on par with the Four Seasons. The room was beautifully appointed with very nice amenities. The quality of food at the restaurants was amazing and some of the best and most friendly servers ever. Carnell at check in was wonderful so my experience from the beginning to the end was fantastic. I will be staying here again for my next business trip.

A little out of the way, but the rooms are large and clean. You need to request room service and then remind them again you are paying a resort fee, so you expect service. No coffee maker in the room, so Starbucks is your only recourse if you are not a road warrior traveling with a bodes and mini kettle.

The service was poor. It started with the check host. She was rude and not as welcoming. The room was nice. The server I had at the pool was also terrible. The resort was nice it was just the host that were unpleasant. But everyone has bad days.
