The room was recently renovated and not properly cleaned before we arrived. Floor was covered with either cement or dry wall dust. There was no chair in the room. The room was too hot even with the thermostat at minimum temperature. I barely slept the time we were there. We opened the window in 50 degree weather and still the room was just too hot. We contacted the front desk to request a fan. They were less than helpful and just said they couldn’t do anything about it. I kept asking for a remedy to which they said they would send someone to check the room. They didn’t send anyone. The only good thing about this hotel is its location. If there had been other rooms available elsewhere we would have left!

Newly remodeled rooms. Still needs some improvement, such as lacking tissues, or trash can outside the bathroom, but otherwise rooms are very nice. The facade and lobby do not represent the rooms well, as the rooms are much nicer.

They were kind enough to accomodate a room for me without a carpet due to allergies. I was placed in a room from the new building, which was super comfortable and clean. The hotel was also in a great location, like a 2 mins walk from the main streets and restaurants. I recommend this place for when staying in Calafate.
