We had a lovely stay at Kau Kaleshen. The location is very convenient to the center of town and for any tour pick ups eg. We had a quick turn around with an early arrival from an AM flight before a glacier tour and Leonel at the front desk made everything seamless. He got us all set up, provided us with a charging converter, gave us a great breakfast rec, and kept our bags while getting our room ready way ahead of time (obviously not a guarantee but very nice and just shows that this type of smaller hotel really goes to personal lengths to optimize your stay if they can). The room was very comfortable and in great condition, the grounds were absolutely lovely. I highly recommend this stay and can’t say enough positive things about Leo.

The grounds and location are nice but the room should be cleaner. You could tell the room hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned in a long time. The sheets were very thin you could see the mattress underneath so thin I was worried it would tear. I found a lot of hair that wasn’t mine and the bathtub floor was slimy.
