Overall a good hotel. The name mirador was a littel disapointing because the view of the lake was okay but not special. i.e. there is a view and its a genuine viewpoint just the lake is far away from here and the elevation isn't great for it to be a great view. Overall friendly staff and good hotel for the area and price point

This hotel is located at the edge of the busy stretch of town, but everything is still walking distance. Our room was very spacious and very clean. The staff was super friendly and the free breakfast buffet spread was very nice.

This hotel is located at the west end of town, surrounded by good restaurants and one block away from the fabulous pedestrian walkway along the water/wet lands ( great for birdwatching). Our room was on the first floor, very small, dark, poor ventilation, unfortunately. It was the only room avail when I booked online, also the cheapest. The young man ( evening shift til 11am) was fantastic! He was friendly (always big smiles), helpful and spoke good English. He was excellent at problem solving. Breakfast was good! Multiple tour groups stayed at the hotel while we were there but there was room for everyone in the breakfast area. Wish they had drinking water available in the lobby but no big deal. I really enjoyed the hotel and will stay here again but in an upgraded room. Do not recommend rooms on level 1 (lower level)

We loved this hotel, located at the end of the town. You need to walk a bit to get to the restaurants and shopping, but it offers quietness in return. The beds were comfy, breakfast was fantastic, with really good pastries. Shower could use a renovation.

Check in was good and a pleasant warm welcome. However room was extremely hot with no option to adjust the temperature and coupled with thin walls (we could hear neighbours talk), made it a terrible night’s sleep. Reported the heat and the failing door lock the first morning befits going on tour. When we returned nearly 12 hours later, nothing was done, and same hot room despite opening the window for a while as recommended. Not acceptable considering how much we paid for this room.

This hotel is conveniently situated about 1 mile west of town towards the glacier. We stayed 2 nights in a superior room which was a good size. Rooms were very comfortable and clean, but felt a bit dated. The worst was poor sound insulation between rooms so we could hear the conversations of the group next door both evenings. We had everything we needed, very good breakfast buffet but could have done with water fountains in the hotel (might have had them but didn't see them) Good service from reception staff, very attentive and helpful.

The hotel is fine. In a good, not great, location, as it is a fairly long walk into the city center. Hotel is clean. Good hot water. Comfortable bed. Having said that , it needs updating.
