The Space:

Casa Ali features a thoughtful layout designed to maximize both gathering space and personal privacy. All five bedroom suites are detached from the main living area, offering a peaceful retreat when it is time to retire after a day in the sun. Four suites wrap around the swimming pool courtyard, while the fifth suite sits near the main entrance.

- The Living & Dining Area: A spacious Great Room with a cozy living area and a beautiful parotta wood dining table perfect for shared meals, featuring pocket doors that slide away to seamlessly connect the interior with the pool deck.

- The Bedroom Suites: Each suite features its own en-suite bathroom and a spacious closet. The primary Master Suite boasts a plush King bed, two walk-in closets, and an incredible private bathroom with a deep soaking tub while framing stunning views of the blue ocean waters. The Neighborhood:

Situated in the quiet, rural area of Las Tinas on the legendary East Cape, Casa Alicia offers a stay in one of the last remaining pure places in Baja. Famous for surfing, fishing, and unmatchable peace, the region has virtually no light pollution, leaving you mesmerized by blankets of stars overhead each night. You are also just 20 minutes away from Cabo Pulmo National Park, home to one of the most spectacular underwater nature displays in the world.



Getting Around:

The property is located about 20 to 25 minutes from the town of Los Barriles and approximately 90 minutes from Los Cabos International Airport (SJD). To make your arrival completely effortless, round-trip airport transportation is included with your booking through The Agency Baja.



Because the East Cape is wonderfully remote and rural, renting a vehicle, ideally one with high clearance or 4x4 capabilities, is recommended if you plan to explore the surrounding region.

- Booking & Age Requirements: To preserve a relaxed, family-oriented environment, all groups must have at least one member who is 30 years of age or older to act as the primary signing renter. The maximum capacity of the property is strictly 12 guests.

- Strict No-Smoking Policy: To ensure the property remains immaculate for everyone, a strict no-smoking policy is enforced both indoors and outdoors. Violation of this policy carries a $500 USD penalty.

- Villa Policies: To protect the high-end finishes of the home, pets are not allowed on-site. Housekeeping is provided daily to keep the home pristine, with scheduled days off on Sundays/Saturdays and Mexican holidays.

- Local Taxes: Please note that listed luxury rental rates are subject to an additional 16% VAT and a 4% Lodging Tax
