It features 4 comfortable bedrooms, spacious social areas, and a private pool ideal for enjoying sunny days. The single-level layout ensures easy access throughout, while large windows seamlessly connect the interior with the beautiful lagoon view.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the entire property: 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and outdoor spaces, including the private pool. The house also offers free private parking and is just steps from the sea.

HOP Maldivas is located in the exclusive Playa del Carmen gated community, featuring 24/7 security, beach access, lagoons, a clubhouse with pools, and sports courts. Surrounded by nature, flowers, and birds, it’s the perfect place to relax in a peaceful, secure environment, just 2 hours from Lima and close to Chincha, Paracas, and Pisco.

Getting Around:
To reach Playa del Carmen, take the new Panamericana Sur highway to kilometer 204. At the entrance, you’ll find a PRIMAX gas station with a minimarket and restaurant; from there, follow a 500-meter dirt road to the condominium gate. By car, you’re 20 minutes from Chincha, 30 minutes from Paracas, and 10 minutes from Pisco.

Interaction with Guests:
Check-in is self-guided. A housekeeper will welcome you upon arrival and provide all necessary instructions. During your stay, you’ll have support via WhatsApp for any questions. Our maintenance staff is available daily from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., and additional cleaning or private chef services can be arranged for an extra fee.
