Nour

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
We drove 7 hours from Cairo to the North Coast only to find out that the property was still under construction. Security would not let us through the gate, and we were never informed that the property wasn’t available. We spent hours trying to find another place to stay, but everything nearby was fully booked. We almost had to sleep in our car. This was an incredibly stressful experience and completely ruined the start of our trip. A property under construction should never be listed as available for booking.
