Overall Great Staff!! One complaint about a "Spanish Speaking Only cleaning lady who walked into my room without knocking. Thankfully I had just gotten dressed. The lady didn't speak English. I did complain at the front desk. Workers should be able to speak English to communicate with patrons and to read the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door knob
