The location is conveniently located to restaurants, shops, and tour meet up locations. The properly is clean and staff are often seen around cleaning or picking up. Staff are friendly, speak English, and willing to help. The property exteriors are generally well maintained. The room was clean and a good size. We had sea view in the 3rd floor and it was a beautiful view. Now the not so great things, the bed mattress is not comfortable. After the first night it was hard to ignore the stiffness and coils. I requested extra blankets to add more cushion and make it comfortable. To them it seemed like an odd request, but they were nice enough and provided us with extra blankets which helped us throughout our stay. The hotel also does not have an elevator, if your room is on the top floor (3) good luck. Again, they are kind and help you carry your luggage up and down if you request it. The steps are sturdy but also higher/taller than usual. The breakfast that’s included varies every morning, usually included fruit, vegetables, a meat, rice, bread, and eggs by request.

Some of the older staff were a little rude. The breakfast was poor only one option with rice and the usual bread etc. Cockroaches spotted near breakfast, it is outside .. it should be inside with AC to be comfortable. Room was ok a little dated.

The room was great, but buyer beware! DO NOT opt for a deluxe room if you want a room with a patio or balcony. The deluxe rooms are newer, and apparently have better plumbing, but no outside access.

The staff and location were great. The only thing was family room was suppose to have balcony but there was none. I reserved 2 room. On the second room on the ist floor there were flying ants on the blanket when I had my cellphone on and the room was dark. I have to turn on one light whie using the cellphone so they are not attracted to the light of my cellphone.

Location was perfect for exploring and dining. Was not a fan of the wet bath. Staff was very friendly and hospitable. The issue with breakfast was not the quality of food, but the space. It was crowded both days we ate there and they ran out of plates, cups and utensils by the time we cqme down for breakfast at 7 am.

Amazing room and staff. The bedroom view is unreal and just beautiful. Heaven on earth. Location of the hotel gives you everything from quiet peaceful area where you can hear the beach and walking distance to the main town of el nido. Close to all the restaurants and upscale amenities like the gym and rooftop lounges.
