Check-out instructions

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please take all of your trash out to the grey bin outside. Please make sure to dispose of any remaining food/drinks in the fridge.
All dishes must be clean and used towels piled up on the floor in the laundry room.
Lock the front door and return the key to the lockbox using the same code given to you for check-in. There is a $50 re-key fee if the key is left inside the house. We appreciate your understanding.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

No parties are allowed, no exceptions. If the Police gets called for excessive noise you will be asked to leave the property.
No smoking is allowed in the property. If this rule is not followed there will be a $300 penalty fee.
