Great Hotel

We always stay in El Paso when traveling between AZ and Austin, TX. This hotel was by far our best stay. Hotel is pretty much brand new. Lobby was festively decorated with was a fun surprise for my little one. The receptionist was super nice. Room was clean and loved that hotel included both soft and hard pillows (labeled). Hotel was also located in the same parking lot as our favorite restaurant, so we’re able to walk to it.

Our check-in was absolutely wonderful! Julie was cordial and friendly and very, very nice! She made a spot-on recommendation for a walkable restaurant where the food was as delicious as she said it would be per her experience. We couldn’t figure out the way to use the key card to open the door to our room and the young man who was also at the desk walked up to our room with me to show us exactly how to open our door. Very courteous and helpful employees - plus a machine that grinds the coffee beans and makes you the perfect fresh cup of coffee 24/7! I will tell everyone I know about this fantastic hotel!

We booked 2 rooms. Both of them were very dirty. I can visibly see the dirt on the floor without my glasses. On top of that, the smell was horrendous. The noise is another level. The property seemed to build without any insulation. I can hear people above us waking and peeing. This was my worse hotel we have stayed at.
