To help us maintain energy efficiency and avoid overuse of the HVAC system, we kindly ask that the thermostat not be set below 70°F.

All used towels must be placed in the washer.

All trash must be taken out to the trash bin including bathroom trash.

If house needs Excessive cleaning there will be a charge.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please load all dirty towels and load then in the washer. please star the washer.
Take out the trach and place it inside the trach bin on the backyard.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
