The room is much smaller than advertised but the staff is honestly AMAZING!!! If I ever go to El Paso again I will stay here!!! I know I said the rooms weren’t very clean but the staff ( Mom and ARMY daughter- IFYKYK💜) such sweet ladies I would never do it again!! The location is well centered and easy to even get on PT!!

I don’t recommend the Red Roof hotels because they have a worse service and too many issues and if you rent a room per week then at the third week you pay a day before expired and you came back the same day and cancel they don’t reimburse your money back

Door knows we're all loose, had to change rooms, and the door know was also loose. No non smoking rooms no secure lock. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
