The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Upon Arrival: AC is set at 73 degrees Fahrenheit, located on the side of the main house. If adjustment to temperature is needed please notify us so that we can promptly assist you with that.
There is a countertop double cast iron burner available and pans for cooking underneath the sink. If there needs to be a repair done inside or outside please notify us as soon as possible.
Pool Use: Pool is not in use from the months of October-May. When the pool is in service you will have to fill out a Liability Waiver before use. NO SMOKING/VAPING INSIDE OR OUTSIDE OF THE STUDIO!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
