Staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs on a very last minute stay. The room was very clean. Parking is a little tricky for my over sized truck as we were moving from California to the east coast, but again the staff members were helpful.

Staffing told us only stair access to second floor and we have three big luggage and found the elevator there later. Also our room is close to road, so noisy whole night. The refrigerator was not working . And they said to get discount on that because can not change to another room. But they charged even more than I booked. I need to call my credit card to correct it.

It had drain flys flying in the restroom the toilet got clogged there was other people's hair everywhere and they didn't inform me that there was going to be another hotel connecting ours so that was also disturbing and I felt unsafe and so dirty like Band-Aids inside the sink towels stained
