We take our home's sanitation and cleaning procedures very seriously. All linens and bed quilts are laundered with every new stay, and all commonly touched surfaces and objects are sanitized with every clean!

Guests will have access to the entire home including the garage and the backyard and the pool.

Pet Policy
Although we love our furry friends, to keep our home as clean, comfortable, and allergy-friendly as possible, no pets are allowed. If you bring an unauthorized animal on the property, you will be charged a $400 pet cleaning fee and your booking will be terminated with no refund.

Security
To maintain a secure and safe premises, this home is equipped with exterior cameras two on the corner of the front of the home pointing at the driveway and left side of the house, Our cameras are ONLY on the exterior, and there are no interior cameras. Please note that this home is also equipped with a noise monitoring device to maintain a peaceful environment. This device detects noise levels, it does not listen to or record conversations.
