Other Things to Note:

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, please note our check-in time is from 16:00 and check-out is by 11:00. The maximum occupancy for this home is 8 guests, and only registered guests are permitted on the property. We maintain a strict no smoking and no pet policy, with a 500 dollar fee applicable for any violations. Quiet hours are observed between 22:00 and 07:00 in accordance with local ordinances. Please be aware that the garage is private and off-limits to guests. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Upon check-out, we kindly ask that you place used towels on the washer, leave dishes in the sink, take trash to the outdoor bins, and ensure all windows and doors are locked. Unauthorized guests, early check-in, or late check-out may incur additional fees as outlined in our house rules.
