Staff was courteous, room was nice and clean, but smelled so overpoweringly of some floral air freshener that we left the door open for an hour or so to clear it out a bit. Also. Shower curtain was so short that it wouldnt stay on inside of tub til it was wet.

Room was clean and the area wasn’t bad. The staff was nice. The only downfall was the beds they are hard and uncomfortable. My hips were hurting from it. But overall was pretty good.

I couldn't believe that there is no elevator. I am 60 y/o, have a bad back from my days in the army, and had a big suitcase to get to a room on the 2nd floor.
