We booked this hotel purely because of the indoor swimming pool, but wasn’t working we asked several times when will it’ll be ready and finally the next day before checking out we got to jump in, only to find the water not warm, it was December and the add of this hotel says pool open 24/7. Also it was advertised free breakfast, but there was only bagels, apples and cereal, we were very disappointed and decided to have some cereal but there was no spoons and we had to eat it with a fork, they said sorry no spoons. The room was clean and the hotel was nice, but we had a bad experience, we won’t be back and we don’t recommend it at all.

I’m super mad we asked for an extra blanket because the blankets where stained with blood, the extra blanket we got was dirty full of animal hair , I’m allergic to animal hair and I was not able to sleep, I really need help making this right. I’m so disappointed and embarrassed with fiancée. I really want a refund.

They did not have a king room, which us what i paid for online. The room was not clean in places. Surfaces had been wiped, but were not clean. We could still see cup stains. The carpet was clean, but the hard floor was not clean.
