I have stayed here a few times. The place is clean, food is nice, bar is good but I really love their employees. The Front Desk Staff is very inviting, kind and will help you with whatever you need. Actually I wanted to comment on one of your Front Desk Personnel Alfie, he found something out in the parking lot that I had lost and saved it for me. I have no idea how he knew it was mine but when I was checking out this morning, he was like wait I have something of yours. Now to anyone else it was a silly thing to matter but the fact that he kept it for me is definitely going above and beyond. I come to El Paso for work a lot and will continue to use this hotel because of service like this. Thanks Alfie for making my day!!!!

Nice hotel with hidden charges not included on App

The hotel rooms are nice and comfortable. The only thing I dislike are the hidden charges. This hotel charges $10 for parking which is an abuse. And is not specified on the “Hotels” total price. So it’s misleading.
