🌵Casa Bougainvillea is a well-appointed, ocean-view getaway near San Pedrito Beach, Cerritos Beach and Playa Las Palmas. 



🌵Relax, reconnect and recharge in this beautiful home that comes with panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and Sierra Laguna Mountains. Designed by a top local architect in 2019, it’s the perfect getaway for families and groups. 



🌵Enjoy our gardens and fruit trees.  Please eat whatever is ripe!



🌵Located in El Pescadero, west of the main highway through town, our home was built in the middle of a lush farming area where you can enjoy the ocean breezes and the sound of the waves. 



🌵The home is a short 10 minute walk to Playa San Pedrito to watch the sunset or walk along the white sand. You are only a 15 minute drive to Cerritos Beach where you can enjoy the surf and play in the ocean. 



🌵Drive 15 minutes north to the town of Todos Santos for a fun art scene and even more excellent restaurants.



🌵Drive 45 minutes south to Cabo if you want an urban experience. However, we do not recommend driving long distances at night due to livestock on the road and other road hazards. 



🌵We highly recommend renting a car. The entire area of El Pescadero, Cerritos, and Todos Santos are spread out. If you do not feel comfortable driving, we can get you to and from the airport, plus a local car service as well when you'd like to go into the town or the beach.

🌵Pescadero and surrounding areas are considered rural Mexico. However, you will find many of the same conveniences that are available in urban areas.  



🌵Weekly landscaping and pool maintenance are provided.



 🌵The entire property is available to guests.





NOTE: Individiual air conditioning units are available on the second floor.  Typically, AC is not needed in the downstairs bedrooms.  Howeve, there are ceiling fans and portable fans for those areas.

NO Parties. Cooking on Firepit is not allowed. Incense, long-burning candles, glitter and confetti are not allowed.
Only one dog. Must be crated when left alone. Guest must follow pet guidelines in Welcome Guide.
