Both living rooms have air conditioning. You can also use a spectacular solarium with outdoor furniture.The apartment has an excellent location, situated just a step away from bars, restaurants, shops and tourist attractions, such as the San Marcos Castle.It is worth noting the nearest beach, Playa de la Puntilla, just 2 kilometres from the apartment. Likewise, if you have a vehicle, you can access the beaches of Vistahermosa and Las Redes, less than 15 minutes by car.The established time for key delivery to guests is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. If you need to enter the accommodation after 8:00 PM, until 11:00 PM, a supplement of €30 in cash will be charged upon arrival, corresponding to the Late Check-In service.We especially emphasise compliance with these rules: entry to the apartment by persons external to the reservation will not be tolerated, no parties, loud music or causing disturbances to neighbours.
