Furthermore, you will be a short distance from Jerez de la Frontera, which makes it easy to explore the entire region.



The property features a private swimming pool and a garage space, offering complete privacy for guests. In its spacious garden you will find a barbecue and an outdoor area perfect for relaxing. The outdoor shower and swing add a special touch for summer evenings. Bonita y acogedora casa con estilo moderno

La vivienda es muy cómoda y todo esta muy nuevo y bien cuidado. La atención de la inmobiliaria y de los propietarios es excelente. Aunque un poco alejado de todo, con coche es totalmente aceptable, pues en 10 minutos te puedes encontrar en los mejores entornos del Puerto de Santa María y Jerez La privacidad de la vivienda es increíble. La piscina, un poco pequeña, pero para los niños está genial. El jardín muy bien cuidado. Lo único que yo mejoraria si la casa fuera mia, sería el inmobiliario exterior, que no es muy cómodo, sobre todo la mesa de la barbacoa, que te llevas un buen rato en ella sentada y te termina doliendo la espalda, eso si, es muy bonito, pero no cómodo.
