The apartment on the second and top floor of a style building is located in the residential area with a swimming pool dedicated to residents. A few steps away there is a super market shop for grocery shopping. Access to private beach for residents separate from the resort, with dedicated facilities such as, bar, restaurant, deckchairs with umbrellas (in bamboo) and access to the Red Sea.
Also free access to the facilities of the adjacent Resort with use of swimming pools, tennis courts. volleyball and restaurants (extra paid restaurant).
The property is well kept, colorful, very bright and is equipped with the necessary comforts for short or long stays. The area is monitored.
