My 8 y.o son and 11y.o daughter rate 5 Stars! This was their favorite place to stay. Our road trip consisted of a 24hour drive: broken into 3 days there, and 3 days back for a total of 4 hotels along the way. Hands down this was the most safe we felt along the way. The suites were nearly as big as my apartment! We were very impressed

1st room 402 had disgusting carpet with large areas of pet pee. Room 302 was cleaner but still had faint smell of pets. Hilton hotels are being ruined by pet policies.

We selected this hotel in part because it had a pool as we have children. We were notified upon arrival that the pool was out of order. We would not have selected this hotel if that was the case.

Stephanie at the front desk was amazing! I arrived almost two hours before check in time and was willing to wait. Stephanie looked in the computer and said there were some rooms available and she checked me in early. She was very customer service oriented and had a pleasant demeanor.

The staff were exceptional - across the daily shifts! They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, answer our questions, and did it in a very friendly way. They handled bad weather questions and additional tasks smoothly. I will definitely return to that hotel the next time I'm in the El Reno area.
