How is this place rated “Very Good”? It’s a dump. Mold all over the bathroom from the ceiling to the floor. Stains on the carpet, furniture, and linens. One of the worst places I’ve ever stayed and I stay in over 200 hotels a year.

Room smelled so heavily of a deodorizer it was nauseating. Room is dark. Beds had orange polyester comforters. Bathroom ceiling was at least a foot shorter than room- the shower head was level with my chest - I'm 5'5". Shower was hot and cold randomly during shower. Parking was terrible. Miserable experience. Never again.

The staff were great. Room was clean. It seems they are trying to make this place appealing. I would stay there again. It looks like they are remodeling which is great - el Reno needs the convenient option to stay.
