With two cosy bedrooms, both with air conditioning and double bed. It has a bathroom with shower, independent kitchen fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, a spacious living-dining room with Smart TV 55’ and access to the wonderful terrace with garden of the house. This space has a chill-out area, and solarium, where you can sunbathe and enjoy a delicious lunch with the family. It also has a double private parking space in the building for your convenience.
