It is ideal for families, couples and business trips, as it has capacity for 4 people and 1GB Fibre Wifi Internet, designed for teleworking. With two spacious double bedrooms, the main one with king size bed, en suite bathroom, TV, desk, air conditioning and spectacular sea views, which you can enjoy as soon as you wake up. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a television. It has two full bathrooms in total (shower and bathtub), a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances open to the spacious living-dining room, which has a comfortable sofa, Smart TV 55", air conditioning and access to the cozy terrace of the house, where you can have breakfast and relax while enjoying the beautiful ocean views. The property has all the amenities, such as lift, private parking and access to the beach of Tabaiba from the building where it is located (through several flights of stairs), to make your holiday a unique stay.

Strategically located, it has a supermarket and restaurants a few steps away from the flat such as Salitre, La Focacha and Pizzeria Ayelén and is just a few minutes away from the beaches of Radazul and the wonderful natural saltwater pool of Tabaiba.
