For one night was fine the only reasons for low scores was due to the fact the key card did not work to open de door of the room after check in and the receptionist make go up and down several times until she send one of the cleaning staff to open the door for me. Later when return to the hotel it was a differs receptionist and told her that my key card doesn’t work, she reactivated the card but didn’t work and also this receptionist make go up and down to the room several times until finale she decided to go to open the door for me. That was the only downside of the stay.

I would definitely come back.

The shuttle service is only for guests going to (not leaving) the airport. The hotel is very close to the airport, very friendly service, good food, comfortable stay.

Airport transport not as expected

Hotel was OK. Loved the deep soaker tub to help relax after a hard day of travel. However, the airport transport was drop-off only, and not available for pick-up from the airport, so I had to make other arrangements. Unexpected and inconvenient for an "airport" hotel that advertises having airport shuttle transportation.
