This El Sargento house boasts amazing ocean views from its second story living areas and terrace with outdoor seating, has wood fire bbq ready to grill, plus island bar and sink! Each room offers a tranquil ambiance perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration.

Casita has full bath in the interior with a door for privacy in the kitchen/dining area and a half wall separates the bedroom area and with 1.5 bathrooms, guests will have plenty of space to freshen up before heading out to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Next to the outdoor palapa with patio table and pizza oven is an exterior half bath.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Leave the Automatic Gate Opener on the kitchen counter and shut the door so it locks, leave the keys inside the lock box on the front gate, to leave it the same way as you arrived
Please put all trash inside the garbage can and leave it next to the gate on the inside of the fence, so cows and dogs can't get into it
Turn off AC, lights, TV when leaving. Thank you!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
