It is distributed in hall, living-dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 complete bathroom and terrace. It has fans and a large communal garden area. 
 
Very central and close to all services. Only 10 metres from the beach. Located in front of the promenade in the urbanization of Masia Blanca, a family seaside neighbourhood on the Costa Dorada with fine white sandy beaches, perfect for relaxing with family or couple. Leisure area with a wide variety of supermarkets, bars, restaurants and ice-cream parlours.
 
Half an hour from the amusement park Port Aventura and Ferrari Land, 1 hour from the Aquopolis water park and 10 minutes from Aqualeon. Only 1 hour from Barcelona and 20 minutes from Tarragona.
