The space
Set well back from the road, ensconced in hemlock and maple, Rock Pine Cabin is a recently renovated woodsy retreat ready to host your peaceful escape. Enjoy the warmth of a cabin, with modern amenities and 5+ acres of woods and rolling lawn.

From your circular driveway centered around a beautiful Rock Pine, enter via the wrap around porch. The ground floor is open in concept with a brand new kitchen and dining room on your right, and a den/game room on your left. Vaulted ceilings and wood clad walls lend plenty of character to the space, and a general coziness pervades the entire home.

Towards the rear of the ground floor you’ll find a brand new (2022) full bathroom and laundry room, as well as a queen-size bedroom.

Upstairs, there is another queen-size guest bedroom - cozy but functional. An oversized full bathroom provides a spa-like setting - a worthy counterpart to the bright and sizable primary bedroom. Multiple window exposures, king size bed, and a wall of closets make this a true primary - suited to full time living or weekend escapism.

The house feels perfectly placed on the 5+ acres, smack in the middle of the parcel with a generous lawn surrounding as well as thick woods surrounding for maximum privacy. A recently added fire pit area is begging for stargazing nights with friends and cookouts. With plenty of room to play, you can imagine all sorts fun activities around the property.

Rock Pine Cabin is only 5 minutes from Eldred for services, 10 to Barryville for its shops and restaurants, and 20 to buzzing Narrowsburg. And only ~20 minutes from the beautiful, historic Bethel Woods Arts Center - where Woodstock was held!

Come sink into cabin life for a true isolated escape in nature or enjoy exploring all this wonderful area has to offer!

Year-round activities include: hiking, disc golf, amazing restaurants, bars, wineries/cideries, breweries, shopping, live music
