Our newly renovated, and themed bedrooms are perfect for your next getaway. Less than a minute from our community center park and a bit further down the street is our elementary school. The entire home has been gutted and remodeled in the last year. On a corner lot with ample space for trailer parking, private parking in the both the front and back of the house. If you’re looking for a family friendly home that will make you feel right at home when you walk in the door, this is the place for you!

Charming and welcoming decor. The upstairs loft bedroom and tv/game room and nook were a hit. Very clean, excellent communication from the owner/host. A perfect stay for our party of two families. Thoughtful amenities when we arrived. Loved our weekend.

Terrific house and outstanding owner

A group of us (6 men) needed a place to stay before a fly fishing trip.This place was great!The owner was very communicative and extremely helpful. The house was spotless, the accommodations were comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet.Well-stocked kitchen with coffee and snacks. Amazing! We will be booking again when we plan next year's trip. Highly recommend.

Blue Mountain Retreat

We went to Elgin to go on the Eagle Cap Excursion (which was awesome!). The Blue Mountain Retreat is a lovely home! Well maintained and extremely clean. The owner was beyond wonderful! We really enjoyed our family time there and are excited to go back in 2025!

The house was clean and so cute. Fun games for the kids and nice and open. Stocked with the basics and it was perfect. Will definitely stay again if we come back to Elgin.

Family visit to Elgin

When we first arrived we were very concerned about the amount of dogs living in the neighboring houses due to the noise level of the barking but once inside we were thankful that we did not hear them. The home is remarkably clean and new. The parking is very ample. The owner has set it up very nicely, even providing renters with some snacks and a coffee bar. It was fairly cold in Elgin the night that we stayed but the house was comfortable. Overall, I would recommend this place for others to stay.

Perfect family home

Fully stocked, clean and comfortable home. We stayed a few nights durning the Thanksgiving holiday and were super comfortable. Each room has its own wall heater, the kitchen is fully stocked with plates, pans, and utensils- even and air-fryer and a nice coffee bar. There are TVs in several of the bedrooms rooms and a large one in the main living room. The beds were comfortable with cute decorations. We will for sure stay again during our next family event.
