Property is protected by a privacy fence that extends all the way to the river and mature trees provide additional privacy. The house has river views from 2 bedrooms, a dining area, and a sunroom. If you want to enjoy the outside without being exposed to the heat there is a very large covered area to sit and enjoy cool breezes.
