Traveled for the dog show, so had my dog and two kids with me. Never once did I feel unsafe. The staff weee extremely kind and helpful, and we had a great stay!

Stopped here for one night. Property can use some updating. Our room did not lock properly (too tired to complain so we made it work) and staff did not seem to care when brought to their attention while checking out. Mostly construction workers as patrons. Well lit property.

As soon as we entered the room, we notified the front desk about the issue with the TV. The staff at the front desk responded in a very nonchalant and passive-aggressive manner. The maintenance person said they would take a look at the TV, but they chose to do so at 12:30 in the morning, while my wife and I were trying to sleep. This raised significant safety concerns for us. When I reported this issue to the front desk, they didn’t seem to recognize the problem. As a result, I will never stay at another Best Western again.

When I checked in I was given the key and room number so I went up to my room, much to my surprise when I unlocked the door and went into the room there was already someone in it!!! I was a single female entering a room that had a male staying in it already!! I ran for the elevator as he yelled “Who are you?? This is my room!!” I went to the front desk and told them what happened and they gave me another room but honestly I couldn’t sleep as I kept thinking if it happened to that guy it could happen to me and felt afraid someone was going to walk into my room. There was NO offer for a discount, free stay, NOTHING. Extremely scary and disappointing stay.
