Reserved a room with two beds for 4 people when I arrived I got a room with 1 bed and was told the room I RESERVED wasn’t available. The next morning we got ICE COLD showers . There was no hot water at all.

Traveling through checked in very late with little kids, lady at the front desk was very nice. Room was clean, dated but clean and comfortable which is what matters. Beds were surprisingly incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was not great. Minimal and what was there was not cooked well. After checking in at 2 am with small children we were hoping to get some decent sleep before having to wake back up to hit the road. Housekeeping opened our door at 9 am despite having the do not disturb tab hanging up & the family in pajamas. When we showed her the tag she said “oh everyone uses those” um yea well for a reason, when we asked her to get out she then asked us “well so when are you leaving?”, um lady check out is at 11, you have a family of 5 trying to sleep a little longer. We just said “get out of here”. I mean other than that the stay itself was decent and couldn’t beat the comfortability, cleanliness, and location for the price.

The front desk associate when we checked didn’t feel well at all but was extremely efficient with the check in. The night front desk associate not as helpful. My husband was trying to get a soda-machine was not working properly. He went to the front desk and the associate was very rude. He said rudely-those machines are not ours! I can’t help you. Unacceptable!

Old, Rundown, Understaffed

Today marks 2 weeks of staying here. I’m not usually critical of much. However, the hallways are dirty and stained (carpet could use a vacuum and a shampoo). I had to ask 4 days in a row that someone simply trade out the towels and washcloths. Last night I stopped at the desk and requested someone swap out all linens, vacuum the floor, and maybe just wipe down the bathroom? The front desk employee brought towels to the desk because she was the “only one working “, she then tried to hand me a “cleaning rag” and a spray bottle of comet! I took the clean towels and said “no thank you “ to the rag and cleanser and asked again that someone spiff up the room! We will see!!!
