There is a locked owner’s closet located in the basement. Please do not try to access it during your stay. No garage access.

Maximum occupancy: 8 guests. Base rate covers up to 6. Guests 7 and 8 are accommodated via pull-out couch by request only (not standard setup); additional $50/guest/night applies, please contact us prior to booking.
Late Same-Day Check-In: For same-day check-ins after 1 PM, expect unit preparation until 6 PM due to scheduling. You can inquire before booking to determine whether listing will be ready at 4 PM - there's a good chance it will be.
Late Check-Out: Standard at 11 AM; late check-out incurs fees and potential eviction. Guest remaining beyond check out will incur a late check out fee. If our cleaning team arrives and must wait, a cleaner wait fee of $50 applies for every 30 min or any portion the there of beginning at their arrival time.
Liability & Insurance: Guests liable for damages; personal belongings insurance advised.
Service Animals: ADA service animals must adhere to guidelines; misrepresentation results in eviction.
