The property was in a good location. We found unclean sheets in our room but they made it right and changed our room. Front desk staff was excellent and provided 5 star customer service.

Fraudulent charges

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night. We left the room clean and tidy. 24 hours later, the hotel attempted to charge my credit card 4 different times with 4 different amounts starting with $275, $150, $100 then $275 again. I contacted the hotel immediately and they told me they were charging us for smoking in the room which was an ABSOLUTE LIE! They REFUSED to stop charging us and stated they smelled smoke in the room. This hotel permits smoking outside, which means smokers are permitted on the property! What comes with smokers? The smell of smoke!!! They have several sprinklers in the room. Don't you think if we smoked in the room it would cause them to go off?!? I had to report this as fraud to my credit card company! I will never stay at a Quality Inn again!!!

We stayed at Quality Inn for a family wedding close by. The wedding was on Friday evening and instead of driving in on wedding day in our wedding clothes we came in the night before. The bed was so uncountable that my family didn’t want to stay another night. We drive home after the wedding.

This is just a basic Hotel, most of the guests seem to be construction workers, etc. The rooms have hard floors which means you hear every footfall, shoe drop, etc. above you
