Beautiful and spacious seasonal rental super close to the heart of Ellicottville! This large property is walkable to everything and is perfect for multiple families, couples and large groups! One living room, large dining area, each bedroom has it's own private bathroom, large kitchen, and one bedroom/bathroom is in the cottage house behind the main chalet. The hot tub is secluded in the back behind the cottage house. 6 fireplaces, 5 in main house 1 in cottage. Beds: 4 Kings, 3 Queens.

Self check-in and check-out. We are available by message, text and phone. We are only 10 minutes away if needed.

Short walk to the Ellicottville Village! Only .2 miles away.
